What is Digital Music Pool?
Digital Music Pool (also known as DMP) is an online music distribution service for professional DJs. With the help of our partnered record labels and supporting DJs/producers, we are able to offer our subscribing DJs the newest and most exclusive music possible; most times, before it is even available to the general public.
Why is it required to rate each track before I can Download?
In order to provide statistical feedback to participating record labels and artists, we ask you, the subscribing DJ, to give your honest opinion of the tracks based on the preview we have made available.
How can I submit music to DMP?
If you would like to submit a remix or original production work to DMP, please send an email to our promotional department at promo@digitalmusicpool.com with a direct link to download.

Note: Soundcloud links preferred, but not required

Note: If you are a label please contact us in regards to a label account where you will have the ability to monitor and download statistical feedback for the tracks you have supplied us with.
How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your account you must first log in to your current account. Upon logging in, you will see a "My Account" tab on the right hand side of the toolbar. Click the "My Account" tab and you will be taken to another page. Once you are on the page you will see a "Cancel Subscription" link on the left hand side of the page. Click "Cancel Subscription" to confirm you would like to cancel your current subscription and you will no longer be charged.

Note: You can log back in to your account at any time to reinstate your subscription.
I have a question about a charge or billing issue, who do I contact?

How can I change the email address on my account?
To change the email address on your account you must first log in to your current account. Once you log in you will see a "My Account" tab on the right hand side of the toolbar. Click the "My Account" tab and you will be taken to another page. Once you are on the page you will see a "Change Email Address" link on the left hand side of the page. Click "Change Email Address" and follow the instructions to update your email address.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
On the log in page, you will see a "Forgot Password" link in blue. Click the link and follow the instructions to have a temporary password sent to you.
How can I change my password?
To change the password to your account you must first log in to your current account. Once you log in you will see a "My Account" tab on the right hand side of the toolbar. Click the "My Account" tab and you will be taken to another page. Once you are on the page you will see a "Change Password" link on the left hand side of the page. Click "Change Password" and follow the instructions to update your password.
Why are some of the arrows green and on the "Track Update" page red?
The green arrows symbolize that the version of a track has already been downloaded. (This will only display if you're logged in.) The red arrows symbolize the most recent versions that have been added to that track.
